You can receive a full refund during the first 30 days following enrollment, unless a course test has been opened and the submit button has been clicked.

Refunds are not available more than 30 days after enrollment, or if the course test has been submitted.

NOTE: your course enrollment does not expire. You may use part of the CEU courses for which you have enrolled in one licensure renewal period, then take the remaining courses during the following licensure renewal period.

You can receive a full refund unless federal manual has been downloaded and printed.
