Do's and Don'ts of Interviewing Prospective Employees (2 CEUs) 

Prsonnel functions are identified.  Demonstrates how to plan for employment needs.  Writing job descriptions is explored.  Forecasting employees needed and the recruitment of employees is described.  The federal government has placed a number of restrictions on what applicants can and cannot be asked: these restrictions are described and explored.  Research findings on interviewing are explored.
