Explores the decision making process.  Leadership is defined and explored. Styles of leadership are illustrated.  The differing levels of leadership skills needed throughout the assisted living facility are illustrated.  Power and authority are defined and various types of power are discussed.  Communication skills are discussed along with organizational norms and values.
